style=\"text-align:justify;\">\u70ba\u63d0\u4f9b\u53f0\u7063\u570b\u5167\u5b78\u7814\u754c\u4e16\u754c\u4e00\u6d41\u7684\u4e2d\u5b50\u5be6\u9a57\u8a2d\u65bd\uff0c\u884c\u653f\u9662\u570b\u5bb6\u79d1\u5b78\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\uff08\u79d1\u6280\u90e8\u524d\u8eab\uff09\u59d4\u8a17\u570b\u7acb\u4e2d\u592e\u5927\u5b78\u5728\u6fb3\u6d32\u96ea\u68a8\u9644\u8fd1\u7684\u6fb3\u6d32\u6838\u80fd\u79d1\u5b78\u8207\u6280\u8853\u7d44\u7e54(AustralianNuclear Science and Technology Organisation\uff0cANSTO)\u8208\u5efa\u4e00\u90e8\u51b7\u4e2d\u5b50\u4e09\u8ef8\u6563\u5c04\u5100- SIKA\u3002\u672c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5949\u884c\u653f\u9662\u570b\u5bb6\u79d1\u5b78\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u4ea4\u8fa6\u4e4b\u6307\u793a\uff0c\u65bc\u6b64\u4e2d\u5b50\u5be6\u9a57\u8a2d\u65bd\u8a66\u8eca\u6210\u529f\u5f8c\uff0c\u627f\u63a5\u5176\u904b\u8f49\u53ca\u7dad\u8b77\u5de5\u4f5c\u3001\u5354\u52a9\u570b\u5167\u5404\u9818\u57df\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u524d\u5f80\u6fb3\u6d32ANSTO\u53ca\u4e16\u754c\u5176\u4ed6\u4e2d\u5b50\u8a2d\u65bd\u57f7\u884c\u4e2d\u5b50\u5be6\u9a57\uff0c\u4e26\u8ca0\u8cac\u7528\u6236\u57f9\u80b2\u53ca\u4e2d\u5b50\u61c9\u7528\u7814\u7a76\u63a8\u5ee3\u696d\u52d9\u3002SIKA\u7684\u904b\u4f5c\u8b93\u53f0\u7063\u8207\u570b\u969b\u7684\u7528\u6236\u7fa4\u80fd\u5229\u7528SIKA\u9032\u884c\u9802\u5c16\u7684\u4e2d\u5b50\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u85c9\u7531\u8207\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u4e2d\u5b50\u8a2d\u65bd\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u4ee5\u53ca\u53c3\u8207\u570b\u969b\u4e2d\u5b50\u7814\u7a76\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0cSIKA\u65bc\u6c11\u570b104\u5e74\u4e0a\u534a\u5e74\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u670d\u52d9\u53f0\u7063\u7684\u7528\u6236\uff0c\u671f\u5f85\u5728\u4e0d\u4e45\u7684\u5c07\u4f86\u80fd\u6210\u529f\u5730\u63d0\u5347\u53f0\u7063\u4e2d\u5b50\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u7684\u6210\u9577\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">SIKA\u4e09\u8ef8\u5149\u8b5c\u5100\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u975e\u5f48\u6027\u4e2d\u5b50\u6563\u5c04\u6280\u8853\u4f86\u6e2c\u91cf\u6750\u6599\u4e2d\u7684\u6fc0\u767c\u80fd\u91cf\u3002\u9019\u500b\u6280\u8853\u7d66\u4e88\u4e86\u6676\u9ad4\u6750\u6599\u4e4b\u55ae\u6676\u5728\u52d5\u529b\u5b78\u7279\u6027\u4e0a\u66f4\u6df1\u5165\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u3002\u6e2c\u91cf\u6fc0\u767c\u5149\u8b5c\u7684\u7406\u8ad6\u5206\u6790\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u539f\u5b50\u8207\u539f\u5b50 \u9593\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u50cf\u662f\u539f\u5b50\u9593\u4f5c\u7528\u529b\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u78c1\u96e2\u5b50\u78c1\u77e9\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div mm<sup>2<\/sup>\u4e4b\u77f3\u58a8\u55ae\u8272\u6676\u9ad4\uff0c\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u9ad8\u5f37\u5ea6\u51b7\u4e2d\u5b50\u675f\uff08\u4f4e\u80fd\u91cf\uff09\u56e0\u800c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f97\u5230\u9ad8\u89e3\u6790\u5fae\u4e2d\u5b50\u80fd\u91cf\u7684\u8b8a\u5316\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u539f\u5b50\u6676\u683c\u7684\u632f\u76ea\u6fc0\u767c\uff08\u8072\u5b50\uff09\u3001\u96fb\u5b50\u81ea\u65cb\u9ad4\u7cfb\u5167\u7684\u96c6\u9ad4\u6fc0\u767c\uff08\u78c1\u632f\u5b50\uff09\u3001 \u96e2\u5b50\u96fb\u5834\u4e2d\u78c1\u6027\u96e2\u5b50\u7684\u6fc0\u767c\uff08\u6676\u5834\u5206\u88c2\uff09\u3001\u5206\u5b50\u6676\u9ad4\u4e2d\u7684\u539f\u5b50\u64f4\u6563\u6216\u65cb\u8f49\u904b\u52d5\u3002\u8207\u7f8e\u570bNIST\u7684\u71b1\u4e2d\u5b50\u4e09\u8ef8\u6563\u5c04\u5100BT7\u4e00\u6a23\uff0cSIKA\u914d\u5099\u670913\u683920X150 mm2\u4e4b\u77f3\u58a8\u5206\u6790\u9ad4\uff0c\u591a\u7a2e\u6c26\uff13\u55ae\u5075\u6e2c\u5668\u6a21\u7d44\uff08Single and Diffraction Detector)\uff0c\u4f4d\u7f6e\u654f\u611f\u578b\u591a\u5075\u6e2c\u5668\u5ea6\uff08PSD\uff09\u3002\u53ef\u7368\u7acb\u904b\u4f5c\u7684\u5206\u6790\u6676\u9ad4\uff0c\u642d\u914d\u591a\u5143\u5316\u7684\u5075\u6e2c\u5668\u914d\u7f6e\uff0c\u8b93SIKA\u9664\u4e86\u53ef\u4ee5\u57f7\u884c\u50b3\u7d71\u4e09\u8ef8\u6563\u5c04\u5100\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6478\u5f0f\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u5176\u591a\u6a21\u5f0f\u904b\u4f5c\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u53ef\u6307\u5b9a\u591a\u500b\uff31\uff25\u7bc4\u570d\u4f5c\u9023\u7e8c\u6383\u63cf\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u52a0\u901f\u5be6\u9a57\u901f\u5ea6\u7684\u805a\u7126\u6383\u63cf\u7b49\u5148\u9032\u975e\u5f48\u6027\u4e09\u8ef8\u6563\u5c04\u5100\u64cd\u4f5c\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div
