中子小組

為提供國內學研界世界一流的中子實驗設施,台灣在澳洲雪梨附近的澳洲核能科學與技術組織(AustralianNuclear Science and Technology Organisation,ANSTO)興建一部冷中子三軸散射儀-SIKA。 本中心於2013年承接中子實驗設施之試車、運轉及維護工作、協助國內各領域研究團隊前往澳洲ANSTO及世界其他中子設施執行中子實驗,並負責用戶培育及中子應用研究推廣業務。 SIKA的運作讓台灣與國際的用戶群能利用SIKA進行頂尖的中子研究,與全世界中子設施的合作以及參與國際中子研究機構。

中子小組的工作職掌

‧台澳中子實驗設施(ANSTO-SIKA)之運轉維護

‧協助台灣用戶使用ANSTO中子設施進行實驗及相關技術支援 (如中子小角度散射實驗, 中子粉末繞射實驗, 非彈性中子散射實驗等)

‧執行科技部中子用戶培育計畫,審查及補助國內用戶赴「澳大利亞原子核科學與技術組織」(ANSTO)及其他國際中子實驗設施進行科學實驗研究之計畫

‧執行及推廣中子散射相關實驗技術之科學應用

‧培育中子應用研究人才
